I have held leadership roles in derivatives sales, working with complex financial instruments that require advanced technical and analytical expertise, with commercial responsibilities across Europe and the Middle East. I have developed institutional client relationships, opened new markets and led teams of highly qualified professionals, coordinating business development and the provision of financial solutions internationally.

I have also gained direct experience as a founder, CEO, CFO, COO and Managing Partner in startups and SMEs across different sectors. Key experiences include Vagary Kalon in luxury fashion, S.D.E. in energy trading and Belato & Montano in the restaurant industry, with responsibilities spanning planning, operational organisation, financial management and business development.
